Bloom Description
Volunteer reported: As usual the mouth of Lively Run creek contains the heaviest outbreak. The creek is not flowing so the water is stagnant. My schedule allowed me time to check three properties south and all showed signs of HABs. Not as concentrated as earlier this week.
