Bloom Description
2026 PRIORITY ZONE: NYSDEC Mud Lock Boat Launch- identified by Cayuga County Health Department as a sample-collection site. Volunteer reported: Very hard to see on the surface with the sun glare. I’d describe it has sparse and diffuse. But looking into the water column I could see speckling as deep as I could see.
