Bloom Description
Volunteer reported: Thin strands of green. A separate layer a few inches down moves differently during a small wave. Can see particles down at least 6 inches. Hard to see if it extends to neighbors because HAB is thin. Air temps mid 70's, 60 last night. Zoom on pics
