Bloom Description
across three properties along Wyers Point Road in Ovid, NY. Light wind/ lapping. Heavy rain earlier this morning. Bloom appears less dense than previously, striping in some parts, others green at surface. Does not appear to extend around Wyers Point, where the shore becomes north-facing, just in the cove
