Bloom Description
The bloom was at its worst at 9:30 am but the volunteers noticed it forming by about 9:00. The wind was very gentle from the north about 0-3 mph until it picked up around 10-10:30 am. The bloom had dissipated before the volunteers got a chance to collect a sample.
