Bloom Description
Volunteer Reports: HAB is at the mouth of Lively Run Creek. Tuesday and Wednesday the zone was part of the widespread outbreak. This morning and early afternoon the creek looked clear. Now there is a 3-4foot patch of blue observed. It is different, as it appears to be on the stones (bottom of the creek bed) as opposed to flowing on top.
