Bloom Description
Volunteer reports: temperature increased from 52 degrees to 82 degrees from 0600 to time of observance; water calm; bright sunshine. The probable HAB from 9/11 was long gone when this one appeared on 9/12. 9/11 HAB was streaky =bright green stripes; this was very different looking.
