Park on Johnson Rd in Freeville, opposite Freeville Depot Road, hike in .5 mile on path, path turns to right, find outfall permit sign; Permit Sign just inland from outfall, go down 4ft bank, wade upstream about 6 feet, sample outfall as it discharges to creek
