Notes: "Delta Tox II Toxicity" refers to a test that checks how toxic a water sample is using a system called Delta Tox II. This system works by measuring how much light is produced by special glowing bacteria after they are exposed to the sample being tested. If the bacteria produce less light than expected, it means the sample may be toxic — the lower the light, the more harmful the sample is to the bacteria. On the other hand, if they produce more light, it might suggest the sample is stimulating the growth of the bacteria.
