Bloom Description
Community Member reported: In the village of Cayuga, a bloom has developed since this morning which seems to be widespread along the shoreline north of the railroad trestle. We had some heavy rainfall recently (an inch on Wednesday) so it’s not surprising that the sunny, calm conditions are resulting in this bloom.
